Ultra-Firm is excited to inform you that our Quick Response Training (Q.R.T.) workshops are up and running and! 

Through our fully accredited Q.R.T. workshops, Ultra-Firm can teach YOU how to maximize the results from your time exercising.

 

It is our aim to take the mystery out of training and show you what gets the best results, whether your goal is health, performance OR aesthetic, in the shortest amount of time.

 

Q.R.T. workshops and seminars have been designed to focus on one to two specific topics relating to both general and specific training and are targeted to anyone who wants to get more from their exercise. It’s about Quality not Quantity!

 

Each workshop goes for 60-90 minutes and is delivered in a practical setting with the aim of you beingable to use it and put it into practice as soon as you walk into the gym or onto the sporting field.
